About Our Class

We started our class, on January 29, 2007, with a week of orientation. Most of us didn't know what to expect from the school. Our computer experience was as diverse as our backgrounds. We ran the gamut from none to above average experience. But in our 8th week of school, we learned to blog. During those three days, we all learned something about our computers and our experience grew. We no longer had anyone in the no experience category. Our individual web blogs prove that. Now that we have our individual blogs up and running, we are starting a class blog. Mine is the first of many more posts to come.

I Praise God for my team mates, without whom I would not be here today. I am stronger because of the group than I was as an individual. Thanks to my classmates I am still here. Kevin.

Amazing what committees can create. More amazing is the power of the mind when it says "I can." Try this: get you an empty can, remove the label, get you some old magazines and cut out pictures of eyes, big and small. Paste on the can. Set it on your desk and put your pens and pencils in it. You can never say "I can't" again because now you have an "Eye can".

Start of week 11, we'll never forget EIW I would bet you. Most of the class is working very well together. Personalities are varied. So far we have lost 4. Tom Gainey, Brent Turner, Scott Mitchum and Kevin Messer. With a new calendar in hand we move on. The end draws near, the challenge is still ahead. RONM

I have tried to stay in touch with everyone but to no avail, seems after grad from vbtc no-one wanted any contact with anyone else. I was the first to get a work from home job and was able to hire 2 more vets from vbtc and had intentions of hiring many more. We are 11 vets strong at Veterans Advantage now and I am the only one from class a 112 besides Hudson Smith, I don't think anyone liked that I was the class leader. Oh well. So be it.RonM
